Monte Peony builds software products, and Cargo is the platform underneath them. The pages on this Site describing Cargo, including its pricing page, are informational — they're not an offer you can accept by clicking a button. A Cargo engagement is set up through a separate agreement with us, arranged after you contact us.
You may use the Site for its intended purpose: to learn about Monte Peony and Cargo, and to get in touch with us.
Don't use the Site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or any connected systems.
Don't use automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to access the Site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.
Don't use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable law.
eState and Planner are separate products, each on its own subdomain with its own terms. Using them is governed by those terms, not this document.
The Site and its content — including its text, graphics, logo and the Monte Peony name — belong to Monte Peony or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
The Site uses Google Analytics (see our Cookie Policy) and links to third-party sites, including our social media profiles. We don't control those services or sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any information on it is complete, accurate or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monte Peony won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if we've been advised of the possibility of those damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Monte Peony harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Monte Peony is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. That jurisdiction hasn't been finalized yet — if you have a question about which law applies, contact us at the details below and we'll clarify.
